Description of Service
Ai-Prism provides an interface and infrastructure for accessing large language models (LLMs) and AI generation tools via a token-based system. We act solely as a software intermediary.
User Accounts
You must register for an account to use the service. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each account has an enforcement status — Active, Restricted, Suspended, or Banned — which Ai-Prism may update based on your compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Restricted accounts may view and download prior content but cannot generate new content or delete existing items; Suspended accounts lose product access entirely; Banned accounts are terminated at login.
Appeals: Restrictions are not cleared automatically. To appeal or request reinstatement, contact customer support. Decisions are made at Ai-Prism's sole discretion.
AI Outputs and Disclaimers
The content generated by Ai-Prism ("Output") is produced by artificial intelligence. Ai-Prism makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the Output.
You use the Output at your own risk. The Output does not necessarily represent the views or opinions of Ai-Prism or its affiliates.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership rights to any input prompts you provide. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of our third-party AI providers, you claim ownership of the final Output generated through your account.
Limitation of Liability
Ai-Prism is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service ecosystem.
