Token System & Subscriptions

Ai-Prism operates on a token-based system. Depending on your subscription plan, your account is allocated a specific number of tokens. These tokens may reset periodically (e.g., daily or monthly) based on your plan's exact stipulations.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis as per your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually).

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features and remaining tokens until the end of your current active billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

Refunds

Given the infrastructural costs of AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds once tokens have been consumed.

Exceptions may be made in extreme cases (e.g., severe billing system errors) at our sole discretion. Please contact support if you believe you have been billed in error.

Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade your plan, the new token limits will be applied immediately, and your billing will be adjusted proportionately. If you downgrade, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
