Data We Collect
We collect essential information required to provide the service, including your email address, authentication data, and billing information (processed securely via Stripe). We also log your IP address and general usage metrics for security and analytics.
Prompts and AI Data Processing
To generate outputs, the text, images, or files you provide (Prompts) are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google / Gemini).
Important: We do not use your Prompts or Outputs to train our own models. However, you are subject to the data processing policies of the respective API providers used to serve your request.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and local storage exclusively to maintain user sessions (authentication) and to remember your dashboard preferences. We absolutely do not use intrusive third-party advertising trackers.
Data Retention and Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and generation logs will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days, except for data required to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
Security and Enforcement Logs
To protect the platform and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, we maintain an internal security log that records suspicious or policy-violating events, such as limit-bypass attempts, injection patterns, and unauthorized access attempts. These events are associated with your user ID and may include limited context (for example, a truncated prompt snippet) needed to verify the event.
Access: Security logs are accessed only by authorized personnel for abuse investigation and enforcement decisions. They are retained for as long as your account remains flagged or under review, and are removed together with your account upon deletion.
