Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 2026
To ensure a safe and reliable environment for all users, strict usage guidelines apply to Ai-Prism.
1

Prohibited Content

You may not use Ai-Prism to generate, request, or disseminate:

  • Illegal content, including explicit child exploitation material (CSAM).
  • Hate speech or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Malicious code, malware, or instructions for cyber-attacks.
  • Content intended to harass, defame, or threaten individuals.
  • Spam, phishing material, or deceptive misrepresentations.
2

System Abuse

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer the token metering and billing systems.
  • Use automated scrapers, bot networks, or undocumented APIs to access Ai-Prism.
  • Share a single account among multiple individuals to bypass subscription limits.
3

Automated Violation Detection

Ai-Prism operates an automated monitoring system that records suspicious behavior in real time. The system may log, flag, or automatically restrict your account when it detects activity such as:

  • Repeated attempts to bypass usage, rate, token, or resolution limits.
  • Prompts that match known injection, jailbreak, or code-execution patterns.
  • Prompts repeatedly blocked by AI content safety filters (harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit, or dangerous content).
  • Requests that attempt to access administrative endpoints or Pro-only features without authorization.
  • Behavior consistent with scraping, scripted abuse, or credential sharing.

When the system flags your account, the reason for the flag is recorded on your profile. A separate internal security log is retained for review and enforcement purposes.

Content moderation: Prompts and outputs are screened by our upstream AI provider's safety filters (Google Gemini) configured at a strict threshold. A single block is treated as a warning, but repeated safety blocks within a short window are recorded as a policy violation and may result in account restriction.

4

Account Restrictions and Appeals

A flagged account is automatically placed into Read-only (Restricted) mode. While Restricted, you may continue to view and download past creations on your account, but you may not generate new content, delete existing items, or modify account resources that affect generation.

Restrictions are not cleared automatically by elapsed time. To appeal a restriction and request reinstatement of full access, you must contact customer support with context explaining the activity. The support team will review the flagged events and determine whether to lift, uphold, or escalate the restriction.

Appeal path: Submit an appeal via our support channel. Include your account email, the approximate time of the activity, and a description of what you were trying to do. Decisions are made at Ai-Prism's sole discretion.

5

Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in enforcement actions ranging from automated read-only restriction to permanent account termination, applied without notice or refund. In cases of severe or repeated violations, Ai-Prism may further suspend or permanently ban the account at its sole discretion.

Notice: Ai-Prism cooperates fully with law enforcement requests regarding illegal activities.
